I think maybe he's referring to Kenny's word balloons in the second panel; the tail of the balloon follows the curve of Kenny's head so it makes sort of a weird tangent where it kind of ends up looking like the balloon doesn't have a tail — thus making it look like the word balloon belongs to someone off-screen (at least at first glance). Beyond that I'm really not sure what he's talking about.
If you were to make a change, I would probably move Kenny down in the panel so that his dialogue balloons aren't crowding him, and then move the tail off to the left so that it isn't touching his head. But I think it reads just fine the way it is, although I will admit it took me a second to see the tail on the balloon in the second panel.

When you're a kid, you often don't think in terms of the other person being a creep whose opinion you shouldn't give a toss about. Heck, sometimes that happens when you're an adult. All opinions are valid and the hurtful ones make the worst impressions, unfortunately.
