unfortunately the people who suffer the fate of their mouths being eaten end up with a gaping maw that has no tongue, teeth, or lips.
Also they tend to act like they've been lobotomized. They can still walk around, sure, but they kinda shuffle around aimlessly. Looking at you with their eyes. With no mouths.
