Finally, I got this plan to work! You may think the ducky bottle started all of this, but you'd be quite mistaken. I've been working on these guys for close to a year, and only recently managed to make some breakthroughs.

My first critters were actually something else entirely, which you'll see later, once I've finished the newest ones (they're still kinda tricky), but for now, I introduce to you all the Dust Mote Terrarium.

"Dust motes are happy, unobtrusive, and curious little critters who love dusty, dark places to snuggle down. They hide in corners and watch the rest of the world quietly. Sometimes they'll either be brave, or oblivious, and you can meet one, and maybe even befriend it! They like to have their own little space though, so don't put them out in a big open place. It makes them nervous. These little bottles are lined with a nice cushy layer of dust for them so they feel right at home."

Okay, don't freak, it's not dust in the bottom. It's just glowy charcoal paint. Yes, the mote's eyes do glow, I didn't photoshop any of this (though I do use photoshop to crop and organize these photos). The picture on the far right is the stack of 3 different sized motes I make. the silver band on the right bottom area of the picture is my ring. I keep them on pins so I can hold on to them better and not lose them.

How I managed to stick a tiny, fuzzy, glowy-eyed mote in a bottle and not screw it up is my particular secret. If you wish, you may call it magic X3

Also, I apologize for the umpteenth time that all of my pictures are blurry. these things are so small, it's hard to get a clear picture of them without being 2 feet away.

These will be available for commission, along with the other critters I'll be uploading in the near future, though I haven't decided on a price yet. Supplies are fairly cheap, but the process is really tricky and takes a few days at least.
