Does MLP Tales' Melody look a bit strange to you? That's because it isn't her! This pony is dressed to look like her from a costume she made herself. Of course, she needed a way to be identifiable as not the pony she's dressing up as so she cut out eye holes and made the outfit smaller than needed, at least with the torso/belly part of it.
