There are quite a few SoCal beaches that I've yet to venture too, so I'm most likely going to be wrong!
With the building at the end of the pier I want to guess Oceanside, but there the sun doesn't set in the place where you drew it!
Anywho, I think these are brilliant! Way better than what I could hope to achieve! :)

Awesome signs! I know how annoying it is to work with chalk so I sympathize. You did a great job though. Especially considering the chalk you're using is the SUPER annoying kind.
And if I had to guess I'd say the Long Beach or Huntington pier. I can't tell though because they all look the same XD

Yeah, it is totally difficult to get any detail out of it, even with the giant workspace I got XD. You have any suggestions about a particular type of brand or chalk to use?
