Rather sad poem...but the artwork is amazing as always

It's a song.
It's Lover Dearest by Mariana's Trench.
The singer mad ethe song when he was 17 in rehab. He used to be addicted to heroin and in rehab, they had an excessive for you to write a letter/poem/song to your drug as if it was a lover. He wrote the song and in time, it helped him overcome his addiction, and he chose to leave it much like you would break up with someone. I guess rehab is to show you the bad much outweighs the good when you're addicted.
