This is the Squad Automatic Weapon (SAW) I modeled a few days ago, a very few things on it that need wrapping up but otherwise its wholly presentable.

A few different weapons were mashed up to create this model. An HK21, M240B, an an L86A1. You may also recognize the bipod from my Stalker rifle.

I'd like to point out that the flash hider and metal shroud that the bipod and forward grip are moutned on are both based off parts sent to me by I wasn't sure wether to use those parts directly or replicate them, so I opted to replicate them and give credit regardless.

I 'did' try and mount a 40mm grenade launcher onto the platform, however that didn't turn out quite right and would've left the user with an awkward way of trying to hold and utilized the underslung grenade launcher. In the end I cut it and replaced it with the bipod and fore grip, I also slapped on that little holo sight thing, I don't think it does the platform any justice.

The Platform utilized 7.62mm rounds and has a magazine size of 100 rounds, to remove magazine you'd have to push it forward, I had to come up with an off the wall way to make it stick to the rest of the model.
