Some random playing around in Blender. I know there's not enough hair on each strand here; I need to figure out how to hide the hairs when editing, otherwise it bogs blender down. And it'd have taken an age to render too. Still n..n nothing too serious

Nice! I've never been able to make much in Blender. It's pretty hard to get to grips with.

Great work! Man a ball is the only thing I could ever get Blender to do. Not user friendly at all.

Yes. I'm not a fan of old unix style apps, where almost every letter is assigned to some hotkey. Blender seems to take after those.

And there was no tutorial with mac commands, so I was really in trouble. And it needed a 3 button mouse.

There is a really good tutorial in Wikibooks for Blender. It covers the shortcuts, commands, and the such. In length for each of the Three main OSes.

Blender is indeed really powerful, but its interface is just horrible. It has a lot of really good ideas for the interface, but it needs a better one soon.
