Also known as painted wolves.

Anyway I see quite a bit of wolf, dog, and fox animal art here while other members of the canine family often get neglected.

My personal favorite is the African wild dog because of its unique patterns. For the record trying to mimic such patterns is hell in photoshop x.o

I really like how it came out even though the legs are a bit wonky though I'm impressed that for once I drew an animal without making its head too small :lol: I also put effort into trying to draw it cartoony as I've never seen a cartoon version of this canine (I blame the marking >> )

Anyway after spending a very long time coloring it I went with a simple background :3

Just a break from all the fantasy/anthro art I've been doing recently.
