Where does the love go, when it fades away?
That's been the premise and idea for a new song when vixyyfox and me exchanged notes about a possible collaboration about a month ago. Until today, it's inspired us and a bunch of other people to collaborate and bring those beautiful lyrics to life. I've been excited about the moment this gets finished from the very moment I started working on it.

Ah, the balance... you're right, and it also makes a big difference whether you listen to it on speakers, or headphones. Two lead vocals and an orchestra is a challenge, and with overlapping frequencies it was a deliberate choice to mix it down this way. It still allows you to focus on any of the lead melodies or the orchestra without it being overlapped or blurred by the rest. The volume isn't that much different - but Shadowwolfen has an orchestra in his frequency range to compete with, while Asia does not. Or - not so much. :3

Wow, this is beautiful. I have to say I normally don't even bother to listen to music on this website at least not the ones with vocals. They do a wonderful job with the instrumental background and while he cold be a bit louder(might be the fact that I did not use earphones) I think what he's singing is actually better with his softer voice range. They don't blend together and turn into mush.
I'll have to keep you in mind for a piece when my novel gets done, if you do commissions!
