After a few attempts at a new character, I finally got her physical design done. I have to get back into coloring again. Skills are suffering bad :/ Did this in OC despite my attempts at Sai, because I can't work without my free-rotate button and my simplified interface.

A sugar-high girl that can alter reality. She has no idea what her power is capable of, and she doesn't have the attention span to do anything worthwhile with it anyway. Her friend helps keep her occupied and makes sure she doesn't do anything stupid. Bad stupid at least. Cause you can't really keep her from doing anything good stupid. I needed versatile character for both porn and non-porn humor :P
