I imagine they'd be hard to do. :) I know that when Shane Nelson puts shoes on his furries they cover all of the feet, and even have soles on the part of the digitigrade foot that does not touch the ground, though in general and with rare exceptions, I almost never have any of my characters wearing shoes. ;)
