This is done in my short muzzled fursuit style.
After many hours of tweaking and obsessing I am happy to release the photos of Rio 2.0.
This head was compleated in time for AC 2012, however since then I have changed the following; the eyes have been made smaller, the hair has been trimmed, the teeth and lips have been redone, the nose has been repositioned and I took a risk and added whiskers.
Normally I did not like whiskers on my previous short muzzled suits, I felt it took away from the human look of the suit and with my style I like to balance the mix of human and animal, I prefer this look and thus why it is my style. Not everyone likes it but I do and it is my suit.
Small details include hand painted eyes, hand sculpted nose, casted teeth, hand wefts for hair, 8 different furs used on the head and minor dry brushing
She also has a collar for performance that has her name on it in gaudy letters to kind of giver her that house cat feel, the pendant shown is actually a tiny bird cage that has a small gold bird hanging from a perch.
More to come is full changes to the body, the legs will be replaced, all of the white on the bodysuit will be replaced, the tail will be replaced and the mane down her back will be replaced.

This is absolutely fantastic! I honestly really love the whiskers, I dont think they make it look too feral in the least, if anything I think they really bring the character together and make it seem so real.
I also cant get over the new hair, I like it much better than just the rust fur, and the little pony tail is just too cute.
I would guess that you wouldnt accept a mask trade or anything for a mask in this style, or at all?

Nah I just forgot, I was contemplating it for a while and then it slipped my mind. Didn't mean to be rude.
I would have to greatly consider it as this is my signature style and I will only make 3-5 in a year. I would also need to think of what I would want to have made is my problem.

Thanks for understanding, I really never meant to be rude. I would love to do a trade with you and several others but I just don't have many furry characters haha. If I come up with anything I will most certainly do that, I actually admire your work as well. I really love how subtle the details are, so many little things put together to make the over all suit so much more deep. You do great work, keep it up. I might just ask if there is anything you would like to make since I'm sure you have ideas swimming through you head that I would never have thought up.
Oh no, I didn't think you were being rude, but I do know how busy you are with all your dedication and work. I didnt mean to make you come off as rude at all. Im in the same situation as you! Honestly im not even sure what I would ask for. I should start brainstorming a new suit design so I could possibly have you do the head and me do the rest, I think it would be a fun collaboration! I just know I would really love something like this to experiment making my first set of Digigrade legs for. But again, the offer is always open so just let me know anytime and maybe we can figure something out c:
