Just another random Pokemon pair up, with a Hypnosis theme. Deciding on Charizard (since I'm trying to get better at drawing him) and Arbok (Because I can draw him easily xDDD), I think the pic came out really great. Poor Charizard's hoping Arbok isn't hungry for dragon... But when has that ever been the case? xDDD
