While "Tactical Strategy", the original lizard art in scaly style, is still in process, I should submit another artwork for awhile. *winks*
You may notice the title which is taken from one of the "Lord of the Rings triology" quotes. ^^"
But it fits to this fanart of "Castlevania: Symphony of the Night" which features Slogra (The pterodactyl-like demon) and Gaibon (winged reptilian gargoyle) guarding the entrance to the castle uphill--it's a popular game background/landscape in the series.
The paired boss are awesome, so I drew them. ^^

Slogra looks really close to the game design and you drew it pretty well! ^_^ Also, Slogra looks way better than Gaibon here. Your Gaibon has a huge torso, which is not quite fitting to his lower body and legs. The anatomy is quite okay this time - but your proportions are flawed.
AND why did you cut off the feet (claws) here??

Sure, I would follow game-based characters. Slogra and Gaibon are cool bosses from Castlevania series ^^

Gabion has 2 talons, while Slogra has 3, but has missing claw his right foot. XP

Oooh... and if you're going to finish this, I'd strongly suggest two possible background colourings:
1) Midnight: dark, cold night... a full moon maybe. Easy to shade, but the characters would need to be very dark!
2) Dawn/Daybreak: this would be a warm palette of colours... a nice gradient of yellow to blue! But difficult to shade and highlight.
