I can't tell you how much I loved being in Yosemite National Park for a week. The scenery there was absolutely astounding... especially in contrast to the endless flat farmland I'm surrounded by in my day-to-day life. There was no shortage of photography opportunities, which made me quite happy, to say the least.

I honestly don't know what the name of this geological feature is... I only recall that I took the picture somewhere along the Mist Trail, I believe it was. So if you happen to have more knowledge of Yosemite, do feel free to let me know what this is. Otherwise, I may get around to looking it up myself, at some point....
