This is just excellent, it reminds me of a professional comic book style! I actually enjoy the soft, vague shading and highlighting, because it lends more attention to the excellent ink work.

The way you rendered the folds in the clothing are also amazing.

Awesome work. I love the free spirited motion, happy eyes, and overall cuteness. Wonderful choice of colors and shading. The drop shadow really makes the image pop.
