So what made you go with the blonde dreads? And the pink fire!

Hmm, let's see. I think the pink fire started with the tail, because it's just a nice little demonic accent. It's worked before and it'll work again. Then I looked at the blonde hair, and the same color going on at the center of the fire, and I was all "ooooh what if I try this YES THIS IS AWESOME". I was officially drawing Normal Sigil as opposed to Pink Demon Fuckbeast Sigil, but I wanted to make some kind of reference to that.

I think the blonde dreads mostly happened because I was trying to bring out the Nubian goatbeast part of things. Blonde hair just felt more… ethnic… to me than pink. It's a delicate place for a white cartoonist to tread, but I really wanted to get a FAT SASSY BLACK LADY feel to her, yknow? Also to be honest I just wanted to fuck around and not hew directly to the model sheet. n.n

the reason I asked about the hair is that it's my natural color, ha!

IMHO, once nobody's seen more than blonde roots for five years, your natural hair color is now "gloriously unnatural" anyway.

UM. i would think my eyebrows gave it away! haha XD

Oh don't you know? All the cool kids are dyeing their eyebrows "human" colors this year. It's all the rage!

I've had people ask how I got "that cool two-colred thing" too now and then. To which the answer is "Huh? Oh. Dye it, then let it grow out for a month, it's probably about time I re-dyed it, I guess."

i am really jealous of darker haired people, I think the bleached w/dark roots is a really hot look instead of my almost balding blonde color XD

On the other hand, you don't have to worry about ruining your hair from bleaching it anywhere near as much! The roots are getting more and more white in them due to age, and I'm mostly delighted about this because it means LESS HASSLE WITH BLEACH in the long run.

Nah I still have to bleach mine, the color won't take otherwise! ;__; i tried recently and it was a TERRIBLE IDEA and i bled color everywhere for weeks and weeks XD

I think you can get away with bleaching it LESS, though? I've got to leave the stuff in for a good while both to roughen the hair up and to get rid of the color.

I haven't done it for a loong time! I should time it next time!
