I've been wanting another large monstrous type character and this is a concept of one thats been rattling around in my head. This is California and due to a radioactive mishap in the wasteland she has gained a permanent friend although they might argue who gained who. California is a two headed bear that now works on the side of the New California Republic as a scout. Her heads are not individually named but do have different personalities and yes she does talk to herself. Unlike some in the wastland, California doesn't mind mutants so much as they give her a chance to see how far she can toss them.
