This design came about from a conversation with another TF artist, and we were discussing the animals they liked, and when they went down the list my brain clicked on an idea to draw.
So yeah, here's the end result. I'm calling it a Sea Lion, but not inthe same sense of the animal, I took aspects of a lion, along with sea life, and also threw in the Selkie spin as part of it for the look. Was thinking that the race/group actually are protectors of a certain region and, well, they are very good at their job... this guy has yet to learn those bits I think.
Done in pen, took about two hours to layout and sketch. Inking to follow shortly, and hopefully color not too far after that. Hope you like it, and I really would like to hear your thoughts. =)
** I will post the name of the other I talked with about this if I get his permission.
