Mmm the random cat character I did some days ago, now a little more worked and stuff...

Mmm anyway he is a police officer , his department is internal racial affairs.... which means he do the cases that involves cats and dogs, in a world where they both hate eachother, racism and thing like that....

He is to be a gentleman, who have left his cat culture away to embrace the modern an european way of life of the dogs, yet he is still a cat, and do what cats like the most...he lives trapped in both worlds...

I wanted him to be more like a cat verison of Holmes...but I guess I cant do that kind of characters
