Dog we rescued recently out in the forest.

Ginger was (when found) starving, filthy, and totally emaciated. We took her home, fed her, bathed her twice, and pulled around 40 tics off of her body. We've had her for a week and still have not gotten all of the fleas off of her yet.
Her personality has really changed ever since we found her. She's not afriad of anything, and loves to sit in your lap while you rub her back. We estimate Ginger to be any where from 6 months to a year old, as she has many puppy qualities about her. Don't let her massive size fool you, she's a pup alright!
