This pic is based on a concept project that Jen and I have been formulating with Maverikat; It may ultimately go nowhere, but we've toyed with the idea of a series of a series of stories or even using one of those simple game creators to make a little game based on it.

Put simply, it's set an the Gold Digger universe where an event of unknown origin has turned 1/20 of the Earth's population into various werecreatures, and awakened magic abilities in many others. Due to their proximity to the event, things developed kind of oddly for our heroes, Xero and Jen.

Needless to say, an event like this isn't going to go over entirely peacefully.

Jen was tinkering around in a wrecked Salusian spacecraft almost right on top of the event epicenter when shit went down. She was investigating some goop from what she would later learn was a Salusian genetic resequencing chamber at the time of occurrence, and the goop had an influence on the resulting effect, creating something that never before existed; A were-SALUSIAN. Jen also gained a high aptitude for spellcasting, but very little magic energy to use it with. As a result she uses magic gems to power her spellcasting, as well as the magitech weaponry she's gained an affinity for building.
