Anatoly, as I imagine he looks getting out of a shower or whenever he doesn't have his hair all done up in that weird swirly thing he's got going on.
I imagine he also can't cut his hair, being a construct and all, because it will never grow back. But I guess if he met someone who was skilled at implanting hair or skilled enough at creating constructs like him, he could get some replaced.
