TOS:
1. My Rights as an artist:
--I have the right to refuse service to anybody for any reason
--I have a right to cancel a commission for any reason and provide an appropriate refund based on what stage the commission is at based upon the price sheet above
--The artwork is still my property which means I have a right to display it wherever I want.
-- My signature will remain on the work and no editing of the image is allowed without my permission
--No profit is to be made off of my work unless you purchase the rights to the artwork from me.
--I refuse to provide my services to minors unless a parent signs for them.
-- All prices are subject to change based on detail heavy characters.

2. Your rights as the Customer:
--You have a right to ask for a refund at any time before completion
--You may post your commission to any gallery so long as you link back to me
--You may request Four minor changes free of charge. Pointing out mistakes I make that are clear on the references you provided me do not count as one of the 3 minor changes
--You have a right to ask for WIP at any stage

3. Payments:
--All payments are through paypal
--Payment plans are not accepted on anything under 50 dollars
--The amount granted to refunds requested by the customer depend on the status of the commission based on the above reference sheet.
--Paypal fee will not be covered on any refunds.

4. Communication:
-- All communication will be done through furaffinity notes or email.
-- Should I feel like I cannot portray the concept you ask of me, I will work with you to provide a solution be it a refund, or a different type of pose/concept.
-- I will absolutely not accept any contact by phone, messenger, skype or other communicative services.

5. Terms of Service Agreement:
--By purchasing any commission by me you agree that you have read and accepted the above terms of service. Any violation of these terms can and will be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I cannot draw: Machinery, Some species of feral (Equines, deer, ect), and humans are incredibly iffy.

All prices quoted are final and non-negotiable.
