This is merely just a sketch done by the lovely 
ukkappa that I had lying around on my laptop. I provided this basic colouring of him as well as editing any of the lineart that got in the way. ^^'
Now whether you want to see this as the aftermath of a Oak to Slowking transformation or if you want to imagine a Slowking merely cosplaying Oak that's up to you. Personally I see this as TF (with the shell being styled like this hair and what not).
Now it aint perfect (in terms of any whiteness you may see around the lineart) since I couldn't work with a PS document (had to use jpeg) and I hate using the multiply layer thing... when I want to add highlights/shading it makes the colour go all dark and messed up.
But yes so the point of this is due to just wanting to do a little something for the artist while she was away. Not only that but I want to try and improve my skills with colouring, shading, etc.
