Wow mailing company...WOW...
Having worked for UPS before... this doesn't surprise me.
Thankfully my package from Nim-Nim was alright.. a little warped.. but no other damage that can't be fixed by having a paper weight lie on it for a bit.

Even an idiot might see something like this. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8318476/
You actually used a sticker like this and it still got bent? http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8318476/
This looks like a job for... http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m.....86sko1_500.jpg
I knew a guy that worked for a shipping company can't remember which one. He said that 'fragile' and the like stamps were almost viewed as a challenge.
I've gotten a few document envelopes "folded" like that.
Worst was a magazine that was almost ripped in half. A close second was a Disc Edition of PC Gamer whose bag was mutilated and the disc missing.
Funniest was getting something very large but flat. The company essentially used a box but still flat to mail it and taped the ends. I got the package just fine then the next day I got the packing slip, apparently it had fallen out in the mail truck.

That happened here. One set the box in the middle of the walk way when it was snowing, and by the time I realized it was there, it was buried.
Another had a package and refused to bring it to the door. So she sat outside and honked until I came out to get it. "Oh! You're here. I was about to leave!"

You got the lucky end, besides having nothing wrong at all, with USPS. I've seen plenty of packages getting ruined and/or broken from USPS.

At my apartment we have special larger sized mail compartments to fit things that don't fit into the normal compartments reserved for each apartment. If they use one they put the key to the corresponding larger compartment in your normal mailbox. In practice, they take my do-not-bend things and force them to fit in my regular mail slot even if the larger compartments are available.
well could have been a lot worse, like you never got it for one thing, i remember about 7-10 years ago i ordered a limited edition Chrono Cross Kid figure for at the time a steal at $40, but the mail delivered it so some other place and never had anyone sign for it, or anything, and that was the last chance i had , the mail had to pay me back the $40 and fine it was good they had to do that but i rather have that damn figure.
this is the one i mean: http://mintconditioncollection.com/.....d-statue/51742
I doubt I'll ever find one that is under close to $50 new.

Sorry to hear about that. I got an original from
Iggi that arrived bent too. Not quite as badly as yours though. She put a couple extra pieces of cardboard in with it.
Maby something like this would help. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/8318476/
