This is a:
4 Winds Choker made from bright and red aluminum rings with Swarovski pearls on sterling heart drops. It's currently 14.5 inches with a 1.5 inch extension chain and it can be modified to fit any size neck.

This piece is currently unclaimed and is up for sale for $35 USD plus shipping.

A little bit of background:
I've been planning to make this for a while and some of you may remember when I first showed off a similar piece. Last month I picked up the remaining parts to make this and I am very happy with how it turned out. In fact, I was happy enough to use my sister's cannon which is far better than my little camera.
