On Sat. July 14, I attended Obon festivities in Salt Lake City.
I was also asked to save a block of 12 to 14 seats for various assorted family members, some of whome were arriving later.
After about 45 Minutes of telling people that yes, I was saving those seats, a lovely pair of young women asked if they could sit in the two on the end. Tired of saying no, I said yes to the pair that turnd out to be rather knolagible of modern japanes animation(But lacking in the classics), Dancing in the lineup, and in a somewhat serious relationship.
Oddly enough, one was a redhead and the other a ravenhaired oriental.(No, not Kei and Yuri)
Spent a good part of the evening trying to sketch them right. O to the left, and M to the right, M had a rather highly patterned kimono, which I did no jutice to at all. Photographed with a relatives cellphone because shortly after this I stuck the page under O's backpouch, which was on her chair.
Sorry, forgot to take my scanner and laptop with me.
