Don't feel bad, I don't get it either XD but the dialogue between the two made me laugh as I can totally understand the creature's dismay at wearing the "pointless" neckwear LOL (much like how some folks dress up their pets...purpose? None really. It's just "fashion" ;)

I got a good chuckle from this series of sequential images. It shows that Jeih has quite a personality in whatever form he takes.

Scariest noface.

This caught my eye and spurned me to comment. You can sense the displeasure in the first two panels (which are my favourite due to his looking kinda cool in those panels). My favourite element is your use of 'zoom' in each panel, the 1st and 2nd panels focusing heavily on Jeih's displeasure while hiding the neckwear until the 3rd panel, where the source is displeasure is 'properly' introduced. Here again, the 'zoom' is masterfully employed, emphasizing the whole body, thus accentuating not only his neckwear, but also the process of getting clothed. The last two panels direct the focus towards the two, fitting that the subject in those two panels is conversation that they are having. Ariyan's comment in the last panel places a notable bit of humour , fitting for a comic punchline, Jeih's big 'no' (complemented by Jeih's mouth very opened in protest) a fitting rebuttal towards Ariyan's stated alternative.

The one thing that I wonder (other than the profession that would require Jeih to wear the neckwear or what are those high collarsd that Ariyan mentioned) is...
...I do not understand Jeih's 'That's what she said' line in the 4th panel...

Annoyingly itchy stiff body curtain or a DEVILISHLY itchy stiff collar on a three foot neck...HMM, decisions, decisions.

I do like the clothing styles, though. Interesting and diverse. It does remind me of a horse cover, though.
