My RPG group on occasion has been playing the RPG of Secrets of Zir'An.

Captain Eric Vander of the AAAAA (Arivonne Airfoce Apolai Airwing Alpha)

He's a sort of Nathan Drake / Indiana Jones Pulpy character. He's a member of the Arivonne Airfoce, and a member of the Arivonne Resistance Fighters. All this wrapped up with having spent time as an member of another country's Exploration/Archaeologists.
