If I'm not mistaken that is a Ragwing RW-2 http://www.ragwing.net/fleet/RW02special.html A friend was building one and kinda hit the wall with it... Sadly.
It is a little aircraft that's for sure.
One issue for me is it's only single seat meaning you can't take someone for a ride if you want to... bummer that's part of the fun with flying...

I just copied what it's show placard read as to the make/model :U I'm good with car models, not so good with the planes.

Rodger did what he could to keep the building cost of his planes down... they are very simple, simple is also cheap and easy to build, most of the time.
