This was a request for 
primus21 where he wanted to have ravage from the beast wars CG cartoon series wearing thunder cats clothing.
I decided instead of taking clothes from the new show only I crossed the uniform with some of the older shows qualities.
Also I decided to shorten the name from ravage to just Rav so it sounds a little more better as it rolls off the tongue.
