oh he very much is. a REAL character
he is a disgraced general that took to the road as a humble seller of trinkets and wonders. he avoids the police and takes great joy and making smiles.
he has a very fun and boisterous personality while being very cunning and intelligent.
they arent really "neko" or feline. to say. their people actualy origionate from marshes and swamps, only the past few thousand years have they been mountainous and techy in nature
