so i made this a couple years back. cant believe i never put it up.

used a cheap black felt hat frome some costume store and used some stuff to make it look like the newer Alice in wonderland mad hatters hat. i had one hat pin from some old family stuff, made the other one out of some broken ear ring from the same collection. hat band was an ugly dress shirt with some lace that was laying around from more family leftovers, the card took me 20 or more tries before i was satisfied, then i burned the edges for the look, and the color on the hat was cammo fabric spraypaint using some kind of flower design stamps from wallmart. then the shape was stiffened up with some posterboard.
