It's actually kind of sad, because the idea behind not being able to understand their version of non-verbal communication is sort of interesting but then they're just sorta in the background constantly :c

They are also extremely slow moving, so they aren't exact much for action.

Well, if I recall reading the one thing correctly, the Elcor actually go into combat with massive back mounted cannons that are loaded via a VI controlled mechanism. So they're pretty much walking artillery.

That, and if one steps on you, that's it. Squish. Even a geth would spurt that internal gel. An elcor is very dense, right? Lots of muscle and armor? I imagine it weighs as much as an elephant.

It's not the Elcor's fault we humans have such un-evolved senses of empathy. It IS their fault for not coming up with a better way to translate emotion in to their speech patterns ;)
