Adam's feisty little wife.
Character Description
Jenny is the wife of Chucky's roommate Adam. Petite and adorable with gigantic rodent eyes, she erupts with confidence and a stubborn ability to stand her ground on just about anything. She came to New England Technical University a week prior to everyone else for residential advisor training. She's majoring in Education with goals of being a primary school teacher. She is also the residential advisor(RA for short) on the 4th floor of the Frie Residence Hall.
Personality
Jenny can be described as overly emotional. Her world is a constant battle between logical and emotional thinking. When it comes to life's responsibilities and personal goals, she puts 100% of her effort into them until they're complete. She does not like the word "Can't", and doesn't believe in it for herself. Despite her emotional nature, she's very patient and understanding with others. She accepts everyone for who they are, but will try to steer them away from self-defeating or irresponsible thinking. Jenny loves being a positive influence on anyone, and enjoys being the center of attention. Her sense of humor is best described as raunchy, which make her and Adam a perfect match.
Jenny laughs easily, cries easily, and is generally a passionate individual. She cares deeply and affectionately for her friends. She is very trusting, but has a jealous side to her. She is also very confrontational when defending her position on something or her friends.
Likes/Dislikes
Jenny loves helping others and being a positive influence(or at least what she sees as a positive influence) in others' lives. She enjoys helping others with schoolwork, life, and teenage situations in general. As much as she likes acting grown up, she also loves to just sit back and goof off with Adam. She can also party and drink with the best of 'em.
Jenny has an especial dislike for impatience and irresponsibility. She hates self-imposed negativity and complaining in general.
Background/History
Jenny was born on May 24, 6987 in the Appalachia Republic. She is the oldest daughter to Zach and Shandry Tendal, and older sister to Feena Tendal. Both parents are teachers. Education, responsibility, and understanding were standard in the Tendal household. Jenny grew up in inner city Pittsburgh, so she was exposed to kids of all species, personalities, and cultures. Acceptance of others went with the territory.
Jenny's parents recognized fairly quickly that she had some emotional volatility to her. She wasn't a bully, in fact she stood up to other kids who tried to bully her or others. But if things didn't go her way, even at 3 years old, Jenny became very vocal, argumentative, and confrontational, almost to the point of a tantrum. It wasn't a tantrum though, because instead of yelling and screaming, she was verbally coherent in trying to justify her way. Frustrating as it was, it was adorable to see a female squirrel toddler using every big word she could think of to get her way. Still, young Jenny needed to learn patience.
The test came when she was 5 years old. Little sister Feena was born. Now Jenny had to share her little world with a sibling. Contrary to her parents' fears, Jenny took to her little sister beautifully. She took every opportunity she had to show Feena the world, or at least the world that was their modest home. Her desire to be a positive influence was beginning to show itself.
Jenny started primary school when she was 6. She loved school work and trying to help other kids. Her open personality helped her make friends quickly, but she also got a reputation as a teacher's pet, which made her a little distrusted. When she was 8, she met an obnoxious but knowledge-hungry boy squirrel named Adam. The two hit it off immediately and became best friends. Adam tested Jenny's patience constantly with his goofing around, but he was a wonderful friend. As they grew into adolescents, their friendship grew into love and romance. Their differences in personality worked as a balance instead of against one another. Their common values and approach to life held them together. At 12-years-old, they were already soul-mates.
Jenny's parents liked and trusted Adam, but watching the two preteens engage in a fully adult type relationship was a little stressful. Everyone's fears were realized when Jenny missed her period. At first it was just between her and Adam, but they knew the best thing to do was tell their parents. Jenny wasn't pregnant, just young and irregular, but lessons had to be learned. Jenny and Adam were grounded from each other for a month. It was a very depressing time. Jenny was so sad being away from Adam and disgusted with herself for being so irresponsible. She'd been having unprotected sex with her same-species boyfriend, letting passion and hormones overrule her thinking. What a bad example she set for her little sister. Jenny was ashamed, she had a month to think it over.
It was the end of summer when Jenny's month of being grounded ended. When she and Adam saw each other again, it was like an emotional rebirth for everyone. Jenny and Adam promised to both their parents that they'd never be irresponsible again. Adam also promised Jenny he'd marry her when they graduated. Four years later, right after graduation, they got married. Jenny learned some life lessons early on, and it's made her stronger since. So now she's entering her college life with her husband and soul-mate.
