Season Three will be about moving to college and all your friends that you "swore" would be your friends for life all move to different states.
Except for the one girl who got pregnant in the summer after graduating who winds up staying home. Though in this case I guess that'd just be Twilight Sparkle looking after Spike anyway.

Okay, I feel that everyone seemed here to interpret episode badly. It is a kids show, first of all. Second of all, RD was feeling up to her fame too much, not being modest about anything at all. If you remember, than RD always seemed arrogant, and in this episode she kicked it up a notch, boasting about her abilities even in the middle of saving someone just so they will notice her. It is the basis of her personality, unfortunately. Twilight, knowing this and conversing about it with others, made up a superhero identity to set an example for Rainbow Dash. Because, also as it seems, RD is too biased on her own opinions to listen to her friends. They tried another route, it didn't work out as they expected. She got too competitive, as always and chased after the hero they potrayed. If you remember, it wasn't only Twilight who wore the costume. She only wore to fisx the dam. The others were AJ and Pinke, Fluttershy briefly, for the show's gag timing sake. They weren't hypocrites at all, mind you. They never stop being modest, even after attending their hero's celebration event, they just went a long with it. The only strange thing about this whole episode is how easy RD admitted her guilt. BTW, something like that wouldn't crush her spirit as much. PS, please do no get offended.
Oh god yeah. It's just like those people that whine that Applejack's moral of "I didn't learn anything" shows how stupid she is and how she's a danger to her farm because she won't learn from her mistakes... when Applejack wasn't involved at all in making the bet against Flim and Flam, and she was right since she knew her family would win out if they held to their policy of quality over quantity.
It's kinda sad that bronies can be that dumb.
It also kinda explains why the quieter, less exaggerated characters like AJ or even Rarity aren't more popular than they are.

AJ's been one of my favorites lately. Personally, I'd never include Rarity in the list of "quieter, less exaggerated characters," after her various examples of her drama queening. Applejack definitely got her head screwed on right out of the six. Even Fluttershy is dangerous. XD
Something that irks me slightly is an image including screen captures of each of the six characters captioned: "All the ponies in this town are crazy!" And at the bottom,"FORESHADOWING."
My problem with this is why is Applejack included in this? Her episode had nothing to do with any kind of mental breakdown or psychotic episode. She was suffering from sleep deprivation, exhaustion, and a severe concussion. How does this make her crazy?

Yeah, but Rarity's showboating isn't what bronies like, they like the cuddly FS or Twi's OP magic or Dash being so over the top. Rarity's dramaqueen isn't their kinda thing since nerds don't really like shallow, fashion obsessed girls, it's not their thing, so of course they wouldn't like Rarity. Her not being liked was predictable.
Yeah, that was pretty bad. AJ was tired from working herself too hard, she wasn't crazed at all, she was just tired, big difference. I actually hope AJ has a breakdown episode, those always make charactes more popular.

I'd really love to see Flutterbitch again. <3 Or Flutterhulk. <3
One does have to admit that the reasoning behind most of the episodes is highly flawed. It seems to suffer from "eh, it's just a kid's show," kind of lazy writing. This is not to say I don't enjoy each episode. I really do. <3 But many of the problems require them to forget problems they've already solved in past episodes. Also, Luna was home for more than a year before she made her return appearance in Ponyville on Nightmare Night....and she knew nothing about how society had changed? What the buck did she do during that year? Do nothing but catch up on her favorite video games? XD
Gamer Luna.

Worse episode of season 2 and of the series. I understand what they were aiming for, but it's not handled well at all. Mean spirited, characters acting OOC, and rather hypocritical of Twilight and the others when they've shown they've bragged about their accomplishments. At least my favorite character, Spike, was the only one acting rational. Too bad the same can't be said for the others.
I kind of spent most of this episode thinking "Rainbow Dash is gonna light a baby on fire so she can dump a bucket of water on it, isn't she?" It's rediculous how quickly she becomes completely desperate to have a crowd cheering for her. The Masked Mare thing came across more as "Lead by example" rather than "That bitch, we'll fucking mind break her! Mwahahaha!"
