I love Aggie's ear tufts.
Aggie is a Great Horned Owl. She is old, cranky, missing part of a wing and blind in one eye.
She fosters orphaned babies and makes them big mean birds.
She is very good at her job.
Now that the babies have fledged to the flight cage she is back out with Guffey in their enclosure. She sits by the back window and watches the babies in the flight cage.

Holy crap you have no idea how amusing it is that the "kidnapped" baby owls are brought to Aggie.
NO IDEA! I nerd about it a lot.
She is older than 11 is all we know. She was found as an adult injured somewhere and had part of her wing amputated... that history is unknown. She lived in a zoo for 7 years and we've had her 4.
