Well, what you do know is great! :D French is a tough language to speak/write. I mean, I have a french verb conjugation dictionary for school, complete with all the different times (Passé composé, futur simple, etc)

ahaha i think i was taught a super like.. formal/simple way to speak french anyway, at least so far..
i really like it though ;3; its super fun to figure out lol

i only know passe compose and futur simple and obviously current tense.. next year is when i start all the complicated tenses, im scared LOL

The formal is better to have, since it's more Parisian style french, like what I'm learning- The only time you'll need slang is probably in Quebec >__>;

You'll be fine! And don't beat yourself up if you mess up- I've been learning french for 13 years and I still have a buttload of problems with verbs hahaha~
