-Backstory-
Akane Miku Suzuki was born in southern Spagonia on July 17, 1995. She was raised in a small friendly neighborhood just outside of the city where she was born. Her life was remotely normal up until she was about 9 years old, a day before her tenth birthday. That's when her father told her about the Blood Scythes. It was a tradition/trait that ran through her family on her dad's side. Every other generation inherits this trait. The Blood Scythes are able to turn into hand-held weapons, specifically swords and scythes. Akane had been the next generation to inherit this trait, therefore, since her tenth birthday, she has been able to turn into a scythe at will, and gaining the tattoo that is on the left side of her belly/waist, just above her pant-line. However, in this form, she cannot fight on her own, so she didn't use the power unless there was someone else around fighting with her. When she was 15, she left home to find a master, someone who could handle a Blood Scythe in battle and have Akane around as a sidekick of sorts. A year and a half later, she found someone of the name Topaz Amaya Kuroki, and she was more or less stayed by Topaz's side since.
