Just received a new rounded operating handle and bolt hold-open, as well as a new larger safety button, which isn't shown here, as it's already installed in the trigger group.

The old bolt hold-open had worn enough that it was becoming unreliable. As for the operating handle and safety, I never much cared for the old handle, and the new safety is much easier to hit fast, and more resistant to a hard pull to set it off anyways. Both are from Dave's metal works, and I would highly recommend anything they make for a Benelli.
