Really slick-looking! I really like how he's got those wolfish elements to him, and yet the way you've designed him, he's still got that anime-pretty-boyish ness about him. The expression mix is also a nice little oddity, as he looks all shy, yet there's electricity crackling in his hand like he's about ready to fuck you up. :P Maybe the only thing that bugs me is that his neck looks a tad long.

The neck was screwing with me too, but the jacket is actually adding to the weirdness of length in it i think. That and the collar.
It was fun coming up with the outfit too. I really don't know why i wanted to draw a char with a jacket with a fuzzy lined hood... ^^;
