That is also not true.

Crosseyed is where your pupils are always close together, focusing on either your nose or something that isn't even there which prevents you from seeing anything else properly. If your suits are all crosseyed then they are all poorly designed.

If you don't understand the issue and won't handle criticism it's not my problem.

Construction doesn't have any impact on design choices.

Ok, so no fursuit experience then? Your critique is incredibly uninformed, in that case. I'll explain why.



The distance between the eyes on this mask has to be compensated for by the positioning of the pupils. Eyes that are wide apart create a "blind spot" that can really hinder comfortable vision. If the pupils were farther apart, the wearer would have to favour one eye over the other to see out of the mask. The closer together the pupils are, the easier vision is -- and I definitely favour good vision over aesthetics. What fun is a costume if you fall down on your face and ruin it?

That issue could be easily solved by either not having the viewer look through the pupils or placing the whites of the eyes so that the pupils are not crosseyed.

While I haven't made one, I know people who have and understand how traditional effects costumes work.

I think it suits his expression
