And that's all Sailor Vulpix's brilliance on his species, although I'd also have gone with her choices for Terra, Aqua, and Ven myself.

No, no, it makes sense. Ventus is wind, IE, a pegasus. Terra is earth, IE, earth pony. And Aqua is water and magic, IE, a unicorn. That also aligns them with Sora/Pegasus, Riku/Earth, and Kairi/Unicorn.

So, I guess Vanitas has to be a pegasus as well. Probably with demon wings.

Unfortunately, KH fans are pretty bad with that, at least on dA -- they're always trashing Naruto for being all over the front page.
