A fancharacter concept for Dinosaur King.
I noticed how the characters of the show seemed to want to save dinosaurs from extinction, which would have messed things up in the future. And they should know this: one episode is dedicated to the consequence of changing the past. They also don't show any concern for other extinct animals, only the dinosaurs.
So out came this guy, a robotic terrorbird with the power of mind. He and his partner want to free the dinosaurs and lay them to rest by destroying their cards. I might write a fanfic with these guys in it.
