It's THE MAD TRACKER ROBOT! He is DJP-5000, also known as DJ Pantheris.
The factory that made him wanted to make a robot that would reach stardom, so they made a one-off model so that they had a force within the music industry. Of course, this plan did partly backfire on them as he developed his own style of techno musics that eventually led to their demise on the market of music through several lawsuits as DJP-5000 claimed that he was not programmed with any specific style and developed his own. He is now free to do as he pleases and play any music he wants. So long as he stays with the party and plays... well... until everyone leaves... he's happy.
