Well, whats up? I just submited some pics on DeviantArt of my Oc, the Aki, a fantasy Artic Wolf, the same that you see on this image above. And she never be famous or something, but, when I do this little animation -> http://diaszoom.deviantart.com/art/.....ki-1-136817252
For any reason people of all world on DA, are using my character how a free icon that not have owner. And, who are the blame? The Google!! (You - what?!) yep, is it what the mainly says.
And for some unknow reasons, some artists that can draw good stuff, are using too.. and a few editted it and use it how if all the art and character belongs to them...
Man, people that are reading it, you can do better than it, you only one more bit of endeavor. And more, avatar/icon is like a preview for the deviant/artist, remenber the time that you see any cool icon and you go check the artist profile or gallery, very well. Icons is for show a piece of how you are or what you can do, if you edit and use the art of someone and says that it is was all your work, I'm so sorry, but it is wrong, may it can call more views or favs, it is a short time, and if the real artist catch you... you are in trouble if that artist is very stressed.
Then, think a lots before take this atittute, dont edit or copy art of others artists, you can ask for permission for reference or anything, dont be shy and do the better choice.

Mas sinceramente não vejo o pq de roubar um desenho de um artista, sei la, é tão idiota ao meu ver... a pessoa sempre vai saber que não foi ela que fez, dãã... eu sempre me sentiria pequeno quando visse algo novo pelo artista depois de ter roubado, e editado, tal desenho.

Eu te avisei que isso ia acontecer no mesmo mês em que vc postou aquele ícon. :/ É chato, mas vc TEM que pôr alguma watermark nas animações da tua galeria. O ícon da Aki tbm é comumente usado como emoticon no MSN. Não os culpo, pois ficou exageradamente, extremamente, fatalmente fofo; mas ainda assim não acho certo que o modifiquem e o usem como avatar sem a sua permissão. ):
Infelizmente, agora que caiu na web, vai ser difícil que te deem ouvidos, essa é a parte ruim de pôr tuas obras à público na Internet; mas tente, daqui por diante, pôr marca d'água nas tuas animações e entregar sem ela ao devido dono, isso já alivia muito o risco de roubo.
