Have you seen the movie "The thing?" It's basically a parasite monster that takes over hosts. I'm assuming in this third picture she's watching it take over her own body.

I have seen The Thing, both versions, actually (not that I remember much of the original). And yeah, I didn't notice at first that she seemed to have acquired a few extra... features. Still, a bit open to interpretation.

*Snerk* Should have played the game-the way they did it was amazing, you couldn't trust anyone in it, no matter how many times you played through! Still, nice way to represent the assimilation process!
