
A lot of people have asked me how it is that I do fur texture when I add it to my pics, and this is basically how I do it. It varies slightly from piece to piece depending on what I need, but generally this is the same.

I use Photoshop CS2 and a digipro graphics tablet, since that's usually the next question lol. With just a bit of time and practice, fur texture really is this simple. <3

It's still the same thing. You can move the color layer on top of the lineart and smudge outside the lines. I just chose not to on this.
I normally keep the fur texture confined to the lineart when there's lineart there, but I add the same texture when I digitally paint and there's no lineart involved.
